Default Heatsink Question

What's the best LGA 775 heatsink? I've been looking all over the place and can't seem to find a good one.

I already looked at newegg, and searched google for over an hour. I can find heatsinks, but none of them have good reviews, or I find one that I think is good but there are no reviews for it.

This is my comp specs

It's at 75 C fully loaded and around 60 idle. Just watching a video makes a huge noise. I have been searching, but nothing catches my eye. I really need help picking out a good one. I'll spend up to $60 for it.

Intel does not ship some of their processors with heatsinks with them?
