heatsink fan wobbling

the fan on my heatsink sometimes wobbles and makes a raddling noise. is there a way to tighten it up or will the fan need to be replaced?

Needs replaced if it is wobbling. But alot of fans have the sticker off center so you can see it turning easier then if it was centered. But if its making noise then its time for a new one

it only makes the noise sometimes , like if someone accidentally bumps the computer then after a few hours the noise stops. Is it possible to replace just the fan part or does the whole heatsink need to be replaced.

it is usally cheaper to just replace the whole thing. What kind of hold down does your's have or does it just use an adhesive thermal pad to stick it to the chipset?

I'm not sure what it uses I have never taken the heatsink off before.
