Which heatsink and fan?

Im thinking of getting a new heat sink and fan for my amd xp TB 2400+

I was considering the sp97, but the tornado for the fan maybe to loud. The reason i am changing fan is cuz my pc is WAY to loud.

Could any1 recommend a good but silent fan i could use, aswell as good fans i could use for case cooling also, i think they are quite noisy also

Most people I've talked to said it cools down their cpu by 10C so it looks good to me. Heard its a monster though, quite big in the case and some people said it was loud at high speeds some people said it was quiet so I think it depends on your definition of what 'loud' is. I also have the xp 2400+ so I'm gonna be using it on that, then next month probably upgrade to 3200+ =)
