Question Heatsink on CPU

How do I pop this off? I don't want to "force" it as I don't want to break it. Is there any specific way as to how to take it off? It looks like it just "clips" in and according to my manual on the MB that's all that is done, but still. It's better to be sure then to do it on your own and be wrong, eh?

Use a flat head screw driver on the part that sticks out, and push out.

its kinda tight, as once its placed on with the adhesive users are not expected to open it. With enough force it will come off, also check there is no other levers to release an unreachable clip
