Default Which Heatsink Is The Best

Which of these will be best to cool my overclocked Pentium 4 520 @ 3.01 GHz and allow for hitting better clocks as it has been touching high temperatures on the stock heatsink?

Gigabyte 3d Rocket Cooler
Thermaltake Jungle 512
Zalman Aluminum + Copper Cooler: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...118-114&depa=1
Thermaltake Silent 775
