Default hdtv tuners

I'm thinking about getting one. Does anyone use one? I have no idea how it works what so ever. I began reading about it but I'm way to lazy to finish gathering info so I'm gonna be a lazy bum and ask you guys instead.

Edit: I'm looking at the ati all-in-wonder.

Analog cable looks like crap, but thats to be expected. Comcast doesnt support QAM so i havent had a chance to test that aspect of it.
