Default HDMI cables

Found a listing for HDMI cables that says HDMI for PS3. But I assume these are standard, probably just telling buyers about a use correct. Just need a best guess.
I figure that all HDMI cords will do anything, unless it specifies sound only.

Help anyone, trying to make a purchase today.

Thanx.

Correct; there are no PS3-specific HDMI cables. Any HDMI 1.3a cable will do everything you'll need it to.

Thing is I'm not accustomed to Vendors in the USA, so I can't comment other than my own experience )':

Yep - Do not pay Sony for there PS3 HDMI cable - I got it with the PS3 package I bought for my boys and it is the only HDMI cord that has ever began failing after 3 months - I threw it away and they use a HDMI I bought for $6 from Buy.com
