hdd transfer speed

wat program tells you how fast your hard drives transfer data to and from them?

If it's an ATA100 device then it's 100MB/sec, SATA is 150MB/sec I think.

i know lol i wasmeaning the actual bandwith cos neither run at that speed that is just the max. ive just used sisoft sandra and that has told me im gettin 93mb/s which is only 3 mb/s than 2 raptors so im very happy
