Default HDD 160 GB & ASRock

I want to add 160 GB HDD on my PC. My motherboard is ASRock (845GV chipset), will it be possible to install 160 GB HDD on it? presenty I have 40GB HDD.

I checked and found no SATA connectors. Now I am thinking of installing an PCI card with SATA connectors.

if this is yoru mobo then no sata:

it would prolly just be a better idea to get a ide drive so you dont have to spend money on a sata card

in this case I have to check if IDE HDD is still available in market or not.
