I think a reformat would probably set it right. uninstalling the ide drivers usually work

Reformatted 2 weeks ago, lol. I just want it out of PIO mode. It seems that most of you are stumped on the fact of the slow transfers. After I got Device 0 out of PIO and into DMA it went 90mb/s flawlessly. Device 1 is still in PIO mode no matter what I do.
