HD Configuration

I have two harddrives, one SATA 80GB one and one Generic 40GB SCSI one. The SATA drive runs fully linux and the other one windows. Once I get a bigger power supply, how should I configur these drives so when I boot I can choose which one to log on to. What jumpers should I change, etc. etc. If I need something like Partition Magic tell me. Thanks
