1. i know the harddrive doesnt access info all the time unless ur performing an action... but is it constantly spinning?

2. is a second HD, one seperate from the OS, with no install progs on it or nothing... also constently spinning, as long as the comp is turned on?

I believe it is constantly spinning, because on my old computer I had it set to where the HDD would spin down if it was idle for so long.
