Is there a hardware monitoring utility that is commony used for Windows?

there should be a utility that came with your motherboard, eatytune 4 comes with gigabyte boards, asus utility comes with asus boards, look around on you Abit cd, there should be something useful

Or try the Abit website and search for corresponding downloads for your paticular mobo.
