Default hardware advice for live video streaming

Dedicating a computer for the sole purpose of non stop live video streaming from an analog source. Anyone have advice on hardware for this computer?? (software is taken care off, real producer with helix endocders.)

Nvida 6xxx series video card
1gb RAM DDR400

can you reccomend a motherboard? Should the video card use pci express?

Intel P4 Socket 478 3.0 Ghz 800 Mhz Front side bus
EVGA 1 Geforce 6800 128 mb ddr AGP
Abit 15-10 intel socket 478 motherboard
Ultra 1024mb PC3200 ddr ram
TurtleBeach Video advantage video capture


Anyone have any comments on this setup for predominantly live video streaming???
