Awhile back i had modded a power supply by putting sleeves on the psu cables when I was done I connedted everything but it seems i had melted one of the psu cables by accident, which shorted out my computer. What I do not understand is that the motherboard seemed to be fine but my hard drives and cdrw start up but do not boot when connected to the motherboard. Also the computer gets stuck on the motherboard bios screen when booted. Does anyone know the prob? When i disconnect the drives that work and connect my newly bought drive the computer boots correctly...
