I need some help figuring out a hard drive duplicator for the office I work at.
We had an old one that duplicated our main computer's hard drive at the same time every night.
The problem is when it copied the hard drive, it copied everything
and it didn't replace the old versions with the new versions. So, each night it made a whole new copy of the hard drive. No one realized that it ran out of disk space over a year ago, and to make matters worse, no one has any passwords or anything to go in and delete the data already there.
So we decided to just buy a new one.

), but we don't really know why we're buying this specifically.
All we want is an external hard drive, or whatever, that will automatically make a daily duplicate of our main computer's hard drive just in case something should happen.
If anyone has any advise, it would be greatly appreciated.
