I have not opened a computer before so I need help from you guys to identify the hard drive etc.
No electrical issues but we had big snow storm in north east over the weekend and since then its down so I guess there must be some fluctuations in power.
when we had the freezing rain on christmas and the electric went out, it messed my hard drive(s) up. but a low level format fixed one and a scandisc fixed the other
