Default Hard Drive

My question shouldn't be too hard.

What is wrong with the Cheetah hard drives? You'll notice that there is a 73 GB one at 15,000 rpm's, which is FAST! Is there something I'm missing? If nothing is wrong, why don't more people have them?

I looked at some others, and I think you're right. They have to be SCSI. So what would be better for speed... an SCSI hard drive at 15,000 rpms, or a SATA hard drive at 7,200 rpms?
