Hi, If your hard drives are running hot, does that shorten the lifespan of the drive? Also does having 2 drives in RAID make a difference? My Hard drive temperature is usually 101-106, but when i sleep and dont want to hear the computer, i close the little door, and the temperature is around 110 - 112
How long are my drives gonna last?

Those temps are completely normal. A drive can run up to 50c and still be fine. Unless you reach those temps, the hard drive's lifespan will shorten normally. Your drives should have 100,000 hours of usable time.

RAID setups run faster than non-RAID setups, but they are also much more likely to crash.
