graphics update help

there are certain sites to download latest drivers. If you google driver updates and what system/program your running (judging by the screenshot its a windows XP something). dont trust Driver Detective though..lags your computer and creates pop-ups.

my hp model is HP Pavillion a620n. and here are some pics

and also i keep getting this "microsoft visual c++ runtime library" error thing everytime i play driftcity. i downloaded the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86) and still didnt fix it. and i already ran chkdsk twice.
