Graphics Cards: speed vs memory

So yeah, for $329 I can buy this, an ASUS 128mb 6800GT http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=324522

I'm curious as to whether or not it'd be worth it to spend some $100 more for 256mb ram. Especially concerning the difference between a 128mb and 256mb Video card in one or two years or so. My question would be whether or not memory will be more of a bottleneck than it is today?

I got my 6800GT (256mb, eVGA) for $310.

That's not bad for a high-end card that's whomping everything in its class.

NewEgg has 1-day sales all the time. Sometimes, their servers screw up and the sale lasts for 2-3 days.
