the 6200 is utter crap. if you do anything do what alex said. buy on e 6600GT or one 6800GT and save for another one later.

huh?? if you can afford such an expensive mobo, why are you buying such shitty cards (the 6200 and x600 is trash)

you'll want at least a 6600gt or x800xl

the memory on video cards doesn't affect anything at all

Please note: I live in UK. America can afford to put the boards cheap over there but it can be expensive over here.

But thanks for all the input. I will definately consider.

Gigabyte GA-K8NXP-SLI Motherboard & 6600GT PCI-E (Dual GPU) Graphics Card

@£377.99

Would that be a good deal and is the motherboard good?

Seeing that i have to keep asking.

Would someone also after looking at my above post be able to give me some tips on what to look for in certain things when upgrading and deciding which is the best for the money.

Cheers

actually, if you know what you're doing you can get the 6200 to perform as well as a stock 6600GT.

Requires some overclocking and unlocking pipelines via Rivatuner but it can be done ;)

Just look there. A whole bunch of people who have made monsters of their 6200's and gotten really good benchmarks

It's a diamond in the rough I tells ya ;)

EDIT:
How did you OC your Motherboard from 3200+ to 3500+?
he didn't, he OC'd his CPU from 3200+ speeds to 3500+ speeds. There is a sticky at the top of the overclocking section so if you are interested in OC'ing start there

ive heard good and bad things about that Dual GPu.. im not sure how much 377 pounds is.. so i couldnt say yet
