Default Graphics card for under £100

Hey all,

A friend of mine is looking for a new graphics card that is better than his Geforce mx440. The maximum he is willing to spend is £100 including VAT.

Has anyone got any reccomendations bear in mind that he lives in the UK so no newegg etc. (they only deliver to the US)

He mainly wants pixel shading but something that can run games like Half-life 2 and battlefield on good settings, maybe max.
