Will nvidia riva tnt 32mb card function properly on my system?

System specs :

os- win ME

mobo- intel 440bx

cpu-P2 350Mhz

storage-25 gb hdd

memory- 64 mb sdram

The TNT2 should work fine, whether it's AGP or PCI, however, you may have to check with your motherboard manufacturer for any compatibility issues before installing.
