This only costs 150 from Compusa. I'm going from a visiontek 9200se pci 128 card to somethin preferrably 150 or less. If not this, any suggestions on something I can buy instore?

BTW the above mentioned is a GeForce FX 5500oc Video Card, 8x AGP, 256MB DDR.

Chaintech GF 6600 for $122 on newegg
but its probably worth it to chip in a little extra for a 6600GT
XFX GF 6600GT for $189

Chaintech Sucks, I have an FX 5700 from them and it's crap, it's the 2nd card and it's already dying within 6 months, the first one died within 2 months that I RMA'd.

I also personally think XFX sucks, leadtek, eVGA are couple good ones or even MSI, possibly BFG..

a 9600XT would out perform the FX 5600, it outperforms the FX 5700 for that matter.

Yeah I will Nubis, Nubis says he forgot to add in PNY as a good card manufacter. I'm just adding it here Save him from editing it, hey it's ok! ;)
