I can't make up my mind; one has a higher memory clock, while the other has a larger memory size. Please tell me which will give me the most advantage; i'm thinking the 256MB one, but i'm not certain.

6600gt is way way better. Remember memory size is not important. The whole package is what is important. Clock speed, memory speed, pipelines and last and probally least memory.

The first one would run much better in my honest opinion, mainly because of the clock speed and the fact that the 128mb of RAM is GDDR3 as opposed to the 256mb of DDR. More bang for the buck, in my opinion.
