GPU = 3 LCDs?

As in my sig, I have a XFX HD5770. I want the dead truth here.

From different people, I get, yes, no, no idea, i think so. I want a definite here.

Can I run 3 (three) monitors with my card? I think so, but not sure. Sure, I can just try it, but I need a DVI to HDMI adapter. Think that's male to female, right?

Reason being, I'm getting a free one from a friend who's family member passed away, and they no longer need it. Just wondering if it would work.

to answer this, from 5770 member usage, yes it will run 3 monitors
