i'm plannin on going to a local store in san diego to customize a computer. they are popular and it seems cheap. tell me what you think about it and the pricing. i plan on using it for gaming, some video editing and graphics

does SB Audigy platinum improve sound? can peoples tell the different w/ on board sound card?

they are very popular and their shop is always packed with peoples. i got my computer there 3 years ago and it's worked fine. and the price seems right too.
 
Thats a pretty good deal;)

Yes, you'll be able to hear the difference from an Audigy card and onboard audio, plus you'll get moe FPS, because the CPU doesn't have to worry about processing the sound;)
