Good PSU or not?

I'm considering purchasing this power supply. It looks pretty freakin sweet, and is cheap too. I'm a n00b when it comes to PSU's, so does this one have enough recommended 12V amps and what not?

That is the PSU I have and I get constant low voltages on the 12v rail. It looks cool, but I wouldn't suggest it. Get a Thermaltake or an Antec PSU.

Dont even consider that psu theres no way its more then 360W (look how small those heatsinks are)

Get a pc power and cooling,antec,ocz or enermax psu.
