wait something isnt right... 8 agp and 16 pci slots???? or does that mean 8x agp and 16 pci what? how could a mobo have 16 pci slots? lol

16 PCI might mean PCIe. Normally boards don't come with AGP and PCIe. Shop around a little bit. Barebones systems ususally aren't the best things to be buying.
