Id suggest at least an Athlon 64 3000+, but the 3200+ would be great, its a really nice processor. A gig of RAM, and a 6600 GT
Case: ANTEC Performance Plus Case with 430W Power Supply, $120
Mobo: MSI "K8N Neo4-F" NVIDIA nForce4 Chipset Motherboard For AMD Socket 939 http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...130-491&depa=0
CPU: AMD Athlon 3000+ Winchester Core
Memory: Corsair value 2x 512
Video Card: eVGA 6600G GT
Hard drive: Western Digital 80GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive, Model WD800JD
Okay, a bit more expensive than what u wanted to spend, but also a helluva better system. I didnt include floppy drive, monitor, speakers, and keyboard/mous, cuz i assumed u already have those. However, this would be a very nice system that would definitly play CS: Source at highers settings. Much better than the PC you listed above.
You can also shave off the hard drive if you already have a good one. You could just pull it out of the old comp and put it in the new one. As for power supply, the case is an Antec, so its already got a decent power supply.
