Default Best mobo out of these?

this was originally about something else, but it has been edited
i'm buying a mobo/cpu for a friend and ...
i was wondering if any of these are good enough for gaming (and by that, i mean it is comparable to other, more expensive mobos at the $120 range)

kinda out of his price range, but also these:

and if there is any mobo that's $70-80 and has decent quality compared to the $120 abits, msi's and asus's that i didn't mention, can anyone plz suggest them to me? ty

one last question, is there any site that's as good as newegg (on pricing and shipping as newegg)

i WAS going to buy the 64 3400+/abit av8 mobo/cpu combo but i read so many bad things about tiger direct's rebates that i chose not to buy from them (it's so tempting to buy from them though, does any one know if their crappy rebate is real? and that's it's a dice roll to get your rebate?)

Personally, I would not buy anything where I could not find out what the brand of the mobo was from the vendor. go to they sometimes have good deals. plus they have a really good RMA policy and great shipping. and they tell you the brand of every product they sell.
