Is this a good deal?

I'm considering purchasing a 120GB external harddrive, but I know next to nothing when it comes to prices.

I found what seems to be a good deal at compUSA, but I wanted to confirm it here:

120GB external Harddrive
USB 2.0
7200 RPM
[Brand is ACOM or something like that]
------------------
= $99

Is that considered a good deal? And what does "7200 RPM" mean? Thanks for your time.

never heard of that brand so I dont know if it is good....but 7200 RPM means 7200 Rotations Per Minute I think....so it goes faster than 5400 RPM

I have a Western Digital 80GB USB 2.0 hard drive and it's very fast, I'm not sure how much it was, but it was well worth it. I use it everywhere.
