good brand for rams?

well im getting a new stick of ram, and i narrowed it down to the following brand.

corsair
geil
kingston
mushkin

which is good brand name for rams?
i like geil for its heatspreading abilities.

ps; im getting a 512mb

Corsair is the best name in that bunch. geil really sux to tell you the truth. they seel real cheap ram and the heat spreader dosent really help unless your OCing your ram alot but in geils case you cant OC it anyways! Get the Corsair, youl be glad you did. Or get some G.skill ram. they are excelent.
