Default a good amd motherboard

Im thinking about getting an AMD Athlon 64 3400+

and I was wondering would be a good mother board and i dont want to be over 110$

but if it has to succeed to 130 for good performance for my gaming, i will do it, give me some choices please

Since that is Socket 754, I would suggest the Asus K8V Deluxe. I have that motherboard and am pretty pleased with it.

I'd suggest getting the 3200+ or something like that then as that's Socket 939 and socket 939 supports dual channel RAM, and AMD will continue designing chips based on that board so it'll probably last longer down the road as far as upgrades go. If you do wind up with socket 939 I suggest ABit AV8-3rd Eye or the MSI Neo2-Platinum
