what is a good 3d mark 03 score?

3DMark 2001 and 03 are entirely different scales.

10500 is very good on 3DMark 2001 for that configuration. I wouldn't expect more than 2500 on 03 though.

On 3DMark 2001, a score of 6000 will usually indicate playability in DirectX 8 games, on 3DMark 03, a score of at least 3000 would be considered "playable" for future DX9 games.

No, my 3d Mark 03 score is 10500, i havent tested in 01. Ill do that now.

No, that's impossible, even with the highest end CPU's only 9k is possible, you're confusing something.
