Gigabyte Ga-7ZXE how high of a processor can i use??

I have a Gigabyte GA-7ZXE mother board and i have only a 900mhz duron processor in it and i want to upgrade to a faster one and i want to know how much my board can handle or even if there is a limit i know its limited to durons and athlons i would prob get an athelon ne way but i cant find neware to tell me??????? if so any instructions for changing a processor
