Default Geil RAM On This MoBo?

I have an old Dell 478 MoBo, it's GenuineIntel, the stock board that came with the comp. PC2100 RAM is it's standard, and it can hit 1GB max. Now, I am wondering, would this RAM work? I can't pass up the price:

It's PC3200. Would it work with a P.O.S. MoBo like that? Would it underclock itself, or not work at all? Any help would be appreciated.

Is the motherboards max 1gb?? if so, it would not be as good to fill it to the max amount of ram. But it would work.
