Default GeForce4 MX 4000 Problem

I think i'm having problem with this graphics card. It seem back then everythings run smoothly with this card but recently it been acting up. Whenever i try to load up a game like FFXI Online or somethings it just freeze my computer. I think i updated the wrong driver or somethings.

Summer heat, or the card is dying. Download previous drivers to see.

I did update to the previous driver but the problem still resume. Is there a way to tell that the grapic card dieing?

Well for sure i think i need a new graphics card. This card that i have install currently keep on over-heating.
