I think 512MB AGP card wouldnt come out cosz 256MB already sufficient to run all the games. Besides, more bigger memory likes 512MB doesnt mean that got better performance cosz it increase the latency time.

256 is the ending point for agp cards (most likely) ati and nvidia sadly youll have to wait until pciexpress comes out for 512 cards
