Geforce 6600gt direct3d games driver error

This is following up on my last post.

My new 6600gt will play Empire Earth but will not run 3dmark03 or Half Life 2 etc..

It comes up with an error talking about DIRECT3D drivers.

How Do i fix this?!

I just reinstalled Windows!

reload the drivers...go to nvida's website and d/l them

You've made to sure to install all motherboard drivers, DX9c, things like that right?

Can't say I've seen that particular error before
