Default Geforce 6600 PCI-E 256MB X Geforce 6600 GT PCI-E 128MB?

What is it better, a Geforce 6600 PCI-E 256MB or a Geforce 6600 GT PCI-E 128MB? Why? I have examples of those here...thanks!

Actually, games are finally starting to take advantage of the extra ram so if you where considering getting either a 128mb or 256mb 6600GT then I would definatly suggest the getting the 256mb version. However, since that is not the case, I would suggest settling with the 128mb 6600GT. The faster clock speeds will definatly make up for less video ram.
