Default fx5900 128mb ddr vs. Ultra

what is the difference between the fx5900 and the fx5900ultra??
is it the clock speeds?

I could not find the specs just for the 5900 but here is the ultra. Usualy it is the clock rates though.

GeForce FX 5959 Ultra
Graphics Core: 256-bit
Memory Interface: 256-bit
Memory Bandwidth: 30.4GB/sec
Fill Rate: 3.8 billion texels/sec
Vertices/sec. 356 million
Memory Data Rate: 950mhz
Pixels per Clock (peak): 8
Textures per Pixel: 16*
RAMDACs 400mhz

Pretty mean card. I have the ATI 9800 Pro and it is great!
