My CRT monitor seems to be very fuzzy. Does the graphics card have anything to do with this or is my monitor worn out? I only have a 32 MB
card.

check out your monitor refresh ratright click desktop > properties > settings > advanced

and click the monitor tab, ther you'll see refresh rate mentioned,

and see if the check box beside " hide modes that monitor cannot display" are checked..
then choose highest rate (typical will be 75-85 Hz)

and see if it stopped flickering.

how old is your monitor ? what kind of monitor do you have ? Most monitors that are fuzzy are usually old and are in need of adjustment or replacement . The fuzzy is usually caused by the focus control needing to be reset to factory specs. this is " NOT " something you should attemt unless you know what you are doing ..it can lead to an electical shock DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO THIS ..

Yeah thanks a lot, the degauss seemed to work some what. Would any speakers have anything to do with the flickering?

speakers to close will give you a lot of funny colors every where
but wont cause a flicker. that can be refresh rate ! refresh rate can cause a lot of different things to happen , like rolling screen , dual screen , and a load of other things
