And on an unrelated question, why do you hate AMD, and love Intel?

i dont like AMD because i have had intels since the 80s, and they have worked very well for me

my brothers AMD ( i bought it for him) is slow...and AMD's are known to have less MHz than intel

so thats why i prefer intel over amd

You know here’s the funny thing about Intel. They have higher clock speeds but still AMD can beat them with a much lower clock speed. So then it makes you wonder which really is better. An AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ @ 2.4GHz or an Intel Pentium D 840 @ 3.2GHz.

That's kind of dumb.

Both company's have had their up's and their down's. Right now Intel is in a down

Ok enough with t3h arguing, don't feel like looking at another AMD vs. Intel threat.

Yeah, but I'd like to quickly say that ever since the 64 bit processors, AMD has been climbing rather quickly. If Intel doesn't do something fast, I don't know what'll happen. Seems that Intel is behind AMD right now even WITH the hyper threading.

im just surprised taht you have 200+ posts on these forums and dont know that AMD is better than intel (costerformance etc).

i bet you mostly think this because of advertising etc. i used to think intels "ruled" mostly because of their commercials haha.
