Default Friend's Budget Rig

This is my friend's budget gaming rig and home theater shuttle. He has very little money to use for this so please keep that in mind when you rate this, thanks!

AMD Athlon XP-M 2500+
DFI Lanparty NFII Ultra-B
PDP Systems (2x) 256 466
XFX GeForce 6800 128 MB
Aspire Navigator 500W
Western Digital Raptor 74
Audigy2 ZS Platinum Pro
Optorite 8x DVD +/- RW
Rosewill 16x/52x DVD/Burner
Alps Silver 3 1/2" Floppy Drive
ArrowMicro Internal Card Reader
Logitech LX501 Mouse + KB
Creative Inspire P5800
Viewsonic Q 190MB LCD
Windows 2000 Professional

What do you think for this being a budget system? This guy that will buy this is insane!

GURU is right, the eVGA 6800GT is publicly drooled over, and there are reasons why. Its the best 6800GT you can get.

This guy has got a $4000 budget. But he would like to spend as little as possible as upgradability is not his thing. He believes that if a computer runs 3-4 years for him, then he got his money's worth.

Then get the eVGA 6800 GT, only $100 more than the other and will easily outlast it.

Sure, how is an X800XT Pe. IMO, it is the best card on the market.
