I found two identical Intel Pentium III Xeon 667/133/256 processors sitting around the house. I think I'll use those in a dual-proc. config. In edition, will I need to use reg. SDRAM or does that depend on the motherboard? We won't need that much bandwith, but will the PIII Xeon be able to handle it?

If this is the same guy that was asking abut this not long ago, yes it will be fine with the bandwidth, a pentium 100 from 10 years ago with a slow hard drive can handle well in excess of 4Mbps, on my LAN running half duplex I regularly see transfer speeds fast enough to move a 700mb file in under 12mins even with an old p100 system

RAM will depend on motherboard, typically CPU's like that will be put in mobo's using sdram either pc100 or pc133

you are well into the overkill zone
