Default Free Mp3 To Midi Converter?

Does anyone know where i can find a free MP3 to MIDI converter??

You cannot really convert mp3's into midi...

because mp3's are raw audio data with some info embedded. midi files are numeric data. mp3's are mixed, midi trcks contain track information and no voice can be reproduced by midi instruments. i can go on and on and on. you cannot convert mixed sound to numbers, not without human intervention at least!

Basicly...

MIDI is just infomation and not actual sound
