Question FORTE MEDIA Sound Card Drivers

I got another one of these customers that lost all there driver disks.

I need to locate a Windows 98 or Me driver of a sound card using the Forte Media 801A chipset. Can any one help me out of this.

Forte Media's Website does not have them. And I really do not like gambling with Driverguide.com

BEEN THERE. DONE THAT. NO SUCCESS.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I actually had a phone call from the actuall system builders of this box this morning, Global Business Technology (aka GBT), unfortunatly they no longer have the driver for this thing at this end either. To be honest, I don't blame them for not having the drivers any more.

And I will be talking with my boss about actually classify out driver data base by YEAR. IF ythe folder is over 7 years, just delete the folder.

Considering the length of time i have been working on this cursed computer, I am going to slap in on of the 2nd hand ESS Chipset sound cards, and take my luck from there.

I honestly don't want to deal with his box any longer.
