For foreign characters...

I just got a new PC, and I'm trying to get it to read Japanese characters. They work with Firefox, but my file names and my iTunes can't read it.

HALP.

I don't know where the "International Preferences" are.

If it helps; I see boxes, not squiggles and arbitrary characters.

Nevermind, once again, I found out on my own. It's in the control panel under "Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options."
